Need advice-Purple in Terrarium,spores or contam?

If someone could please provide advice, it would be highly appreciated.

I have a friend who has some P.C. Koh Samui. There are two terrariums, and one is substantially more humid than the other. I understand that when they grow, the color of the spores is a purplish tone, and I just wanted to make sure. There is more purple in the more humid terr, and has combined to make purplish liquid splotches of water in the bottom. Most of this purplish stuff is below the mushies, however, on two of them, it was on the caps. It was easily removeable though just by running his finger across the top. Please note, there was no visible contam in the jars during incubation, the cakes are of a light purple-ish tone right now, 1st flush has been harvested (that may be why cakes r purplish). Also, he bought his spores from the Hawk's Eye. I hear Ryche is very reputable and his service was excellent BTW. Has anyone tried the PC Koh Samui from Hawk's Eye? I would love it if someone could help, we're have "plans" tonight and neither of us want to be paranoid about anything. Thanks!

sounds like spores. are the caps open and possibly upturned? sounds like you didnt pickm at their peak...sounds like spores though nothin to worry about, if you check out some vendors sites and look at some of their photos, you will see.

yeh 40oz is right... just spores... if your fingers could remove them from above the cap (and they weren't tooo slimy, like except for the high humidity leaving some "sweat" on the mushrooms) then it is definitely spores...
