First casing,does this sound rite?

I just started my first casing 2-days ago.I used a strait verm case method.I putt my casing in one of those caseral dishes with the clear glass lids.It has moisture all over the lid,is this a good thing or bad,do you think I May have used to much water in the verm,or is this natural?Thank U Shroomery for all the great help from great people.......(:sucking up:)

you'll have to maintain it in darkness till the casing layer were colonized properly, i put mines covered with al foil. this condensation is normal as water evaporates from the casing, i think it's not bad fot mycelial growing, but for pinforming you'll has to have a little condensation at the bottom of the walls, not in the lid (keep it a little opened)
