Holy Fucking Contams, Batman!

Someone give me a diagnosis here...Ill apologize for not being able to send a pic now. I've got this 1/2 pint cake (from a regular tapered jar, not a shorty) and its in a 122 Qt. sterilite amongst friends. On the top edge of the cake there's a spot about as big as a nickel. It cvers part of the top and part of the side. It's raised up considerably, like a bump. It's really dark blue and brown. The cake is just starting the second flush and has a fatass pin on the bottom as big around as a 50 cent piece, i shit you not. I'm afraid it's contamed, what do you think...it also has no smell, and feels just like the rest of the cake.

Cut it off. Cut deep and take note if it runs deeper. If it runs to the core, toss it. If not swab the excision heavily with hydrogen peroxide. Isolate said cake and keep a close eye on it. If the blue/brown spot comes back toss it.
Bythe way, what color is it really? Blue or brown?
