Pressure cookers have a wide variety of uses. I use it to sterilize instruments, jars that may have contained contaminated mycellium, you can re-sterilize your used syringe and of course your jars.

Mainstream uses of pressure cookers include canning fruits, vegatables, meat, poultry and fish.

And of course, you can cook in it. I have a little All-American pc manual that has 22 pages of recipes.

Eventually, the seal will wear out and you can use it for a flower pot!
