Supply questions

Hello again guys ;)

I would like to ask you few more questions (to be newbie is kewl - feels so good ;)

1) Jar size.. I read somewhere that it rather bad if jar is bigger than 1/2 pint.

But what about if jar is bit smaller? 1/3 pint? 1/4 pint?

2) Rice types
As I thought, best place to look for rice, would be china story.. Such small one (I think those are almost everywhere)
So I came there, and asked if they have any "brown rice"... China girl looked bit puzzled at me, then replied "No, but we have black and red rice. Care to look?"

I cared. Well.. Black rice is indeed black. But "red", could be considered as brown by colour.. Should it be IT, or is it completely wrong stuff?

1)If you are using the pf/mmgg tech then 1/2pint or smaller is what you need.

2)I doubt that that is the right rice, it would be called brown rice. Check at the normal everyday grocery store. It would be interesting to know whether that rice would work though.
