wondering what they could be, Id help please

i found about 8shrooms today there were all growing from the same cow dung, there all were pure white down to the stem, with brownish to dark greyish gills closely spaced, the stems were about 4"long and about 1 1/2-2cm thick, the cap was shaped convex or like a beanie cap, when i picked them the stem turned yellowish, i carried them with me for about 2hr 1/2 and no blueing so i didnt keep them, but i was wondering what they could be, sorry no pixs but i rarly take the dig. cam. to the field(which i think i should more often)
~i know they not magick but still wanted to know what they could be~

yellowing is a great sign of just how painful these would be to eat...
