#1 is some sort of Amanita, don't have time to narrow it down to a species yet. Maybe later

#2 Is a Conocybe... possibly C. lactea

#3 Hard to say, we'd have to see the base of it

#4 Is a Conocybe... possibly C. lactea

#5 A Bolete of some sort... I'm not very good at IDing boletes.

#6 Some kind of Panaeolus

#7 Could be Cortinarius, Russla, or Lactarus.

#8 Is interesting... I think it could be a Lepoita or an Amanita... No clue really :\

#9 Looks like a Lactarius

#10 Sounds like an Amanita. Looks similar to some of the deadly species. Spore print doesn't match up for Amaintas though.

#11 Makes me think Russla. Does it break like chalk if you were to drop it?

#12 Dunno.

#13 Wont load :\

Take all my ID's with a grain of salt, some may be completely wrong. I was about to leave but felt like I'd respond to this post before I left. None of the mushrooms you found are active, although some might be edible. I'd definately wait untill someone else replies before even thinking about eating anything, you've got some mushrooms in there that could be deadly.

#10 seems odly interesting... like gumby dude said seems like amanita.are you sure it was a rusty colored spore print? do you have a picture of the print??.. would like to see better photos... Was it solitary or clustered? What was it growing on? I.E. dead wood, leaf litter, if so what kind of tree?? Also what region are you hunting in... ?????? Great descriptions... must have took some serious time... Thanks...

Gumby seems to have this pretty much handled.

#1 is an Amanita. It resembles Amanita flavoconia, but that's a wild guess.

#2 I'll go with what Gumby suggested.

#3 maybe could be an Amanita. It looks like you cut the base off the stem, so we can't tell, and getting to a species is pretty much hopeless.

#4 I'll go with Gumby on.

On #5, we need to know a bunch more to ID it. Spore print color would be a major help. Are any parts of it slimy or sticky? If you scratch the tube surface with your fingernail, does it bruise bruish within about 30 seconds? Is the surface of the stem reticulate (appear as if covered with a very fine net)? The answers to those questions should get us a start.

#6 I'll go with Gumby on.

#7 I would only add more genera to Gumby's list. I'd try adding Hygrophorus, Entoloma, and Leptonia. There are probably others that could be added, too.

On #8 I'll go with Gumby. Are those warts or scales on the cap? In either case it's likely to be poisonous.

On #9 I'll go with Gumby.

#10 has rusty spores? I guess I'd have to start with Cortinarius. Are the cap or stem slimy?

On #11 I'll go with Gumby.

#12 looks a bit like a Hygrophorus.

For future reference when collecting, make sure you get the entire base of the mushroom when you pick it. If you need to dig a little, then do it. There are many mushrooms where we need to see the base of the stem in detail to identify the mushroom accurately.

Keep working on the photography. A good photo replaces most of a written description.

Happy mushrooming!

figured out why the pics were so bad, camera was on the wrong setting...next time they should be better. thanks for the responses, here are the answers to the questions

5: still no spores =/, not slimy/sticky anywhere, tube surface doesnt bruise blue, and the surface of the stem isnt reticulate

8: scales on the cap

10: rusty/reddish spores, not slimy at all but rather smooth

On #5, do the tubes bruise any color at all when bruised? Is the cap velvety or smooth?

#8 sounds like a Lepiota.

On #10, is it possible that the spores are not really rusty colored, but more of a dark reddish? Those colors as described in mushroom books can be confusing until you've found specimens and seen what they mean.

Happy mushrooming!

I think maybe number 10's an Inocybe. I've seen some white species that have caps which open up like that. The twisty fibrous stem, whitish gills and spore print fit. I don't know any Cortinarius that have white gills when they're mature, and the gills are almost always attached, whereas in Inocybe they can be almost free.

5 doesnt really bruise, just kinda looks like it gets wet, and i guess 10s spores could be considered dark red, it could kind of go both ways
