Cool Mist Humidifier Teks???

hey, can anyone kick me some detailed instructions on humidifing with a cool mist humidifier...
should I put air holes in the bottom of the terrarium for CO2 exhaust?

...and i awoke to find they had installed lights on the walls across the room, no...i'm lying on the floor, wow those babies were good!!!
