Anyone ever get a haedache after a shroom trip?

I have shroomed more than a few times and its always been great but the last time I triped I had a huge splitting throbing headache that lasted ALL Day. That never hapened to me befor. I wonder if any of you ever had that hapen or knew why it did-. I kind of thought I maybe ate to many. It didn't seem like I ate that many but I did trip Hard. What do You think?

doin the all night trip one frequently gets headaches from a few things;

tiredness/fatigue (lack of sleep or just the trip itself)
lack of carbohydrates for the brain (u often don't eat much)

u need to give more details about ur trip if u want some answers...

i've never noticed any headache after tripping, but a couple friends i've tripped with had killer headaches the following day. i was unaffected, just lucky i guess...

I got a migrane once but thats cause i did 5 grams of dried shrooms and when i felt like it was ending i smoked 4 bowls out of the bong... and i did the shrooms at 11pm so i guess it was cause i didnt go to sleep that night... and that weed usually gives me headaches when im burning out...

It can often be from dehydration with the whole sweating out the toxins stuff. Try and drink at least one glass of water while trippin and one right before you go to bed it will help.

I will agree with karen , this often happens to me if i drink. Its not when i get drunk but if i only drink a few beers the alcahol dehydrates your brain and gives me a migrane. I drink a couple of glasses of water and take a nap and im good to go.

Make sure you remember to drink lot's of water because lack of water will give you a headache. Sometimes it's hard to remember to drink while your tripping. That might be your problem.

dont take ritalin with mushrooms. this leaves me with the WORST headache EVER.
