shroom trip program

Ok, here?s a suggested program for a mushroom trip:

-Dose at about 12:00 Am
-Turn off the lights and light some candles
-Burn Incense and meditate for about 15 minutes
-Listen to infected mushroom's "the gathering" CD (if you can?t find it download it from audiogalaxy) while watching sonique's (mp3 player) "The Rabbit Hole" plugin.
-Smoke some weed and watch Pink Floyd's "Live at Pompeii" video
-Go outside and smoke some more while watching the stars without music
Receive dawn with some Miles Davis or John Coltrane.

But on a serious note, I find it's better to just have everything you might want for your "trip program" handy, throw out the agenda and wing it. Although you may end up staring at the bottom of your cds instead of actually playing them...

I actually haven't shroomed yet, but here is what I plan to do this weekend when I do.

Dose at about 3:45-4:00 with 2 friends.
Pack a backpack with water and yogurt and jello and etch-a-sketches and drawing pads and cd players and anything else that I think would be n33t on a trip.
Walk down to the lake (15 minute walk).
I fugure I'll be rising already or rising soon by the time I get there, so I think I'll just chill on some grass and listen to nature or music, whichever we're feeling.
Do what comes naturally. Maybe look at the lake or the sky or something. I will be peaking prolly right around sunset. I am going for level 3 and I am hoping to ejoy the sunset during my peak.
Later I will walk around in the naturey foresty area around the lake. I've been told its like seeing everything for the first time and that nature is incredibly beutiful.
return to my friends house and watch bud smoke (I can't smoke any because my mom caught me once and is drug testing me D:)
talk about and relflect on the trip with my buds (mj and friends)
Sleep a good 10 hours.

sounds like a good time

the only thing to fear is fear itself...
that and dropping the soap.
