Energetic, or Drained Shroom trip.

I'm sure you've all had the Energetic Shroom trip, and the Energy Drained Shroom trip.

But what is it that causes either of these, is it your surroundings, the strain of shrooms you ate, what you ate before the shrooms.

If anybody has any info on preventing the energy drained shroom trip, please reply.

I don't know man... To me it's my mindset before the trip. Like, if I havent tripped in a LONG time then I get more excited and have more of a mind to do it... If I've been doing it alot then generally I'm still mentally worn. Also, smoking grass all day kinda gives you head fog...But, that's just my perspective. =P Take your vitamins!!

Alot of people recomend eating fungus on a empty stomach, however I dont think this is a good idea. Going into a experience that can easily last 6+ hours without food is like taking a road trip with 1/4 tank of gas. I always try to have a good solid meal beforehand and leave snacks around for me to find during the trip. Who cares if they take a little longer to kick in just have a good meal and eat them a little earlier.

I have read alot about the type of shrooms having a effect on energy as well but I am not experienced enough to recomend any particular strain, or to know if this is realy true. But the placebo effect never hurts. If you eat shrooms that you think are "speedy" then you will probably have a more fast paced experience regardless of whether or not the shrooms actually make a difference.

that's something I'm gonna try next time I trip.
really sucks to get extremely hungry after a few hours and have to fix and eat something while you're still tripping. Kinda ruins the experience, even when you don't eat since you can't stop thinking about it.

Gonna try just a light meal however

Yeah, I would realy be afraid if I tried to cook something while tripping. I sometimes lose the understanding of a physical body so I might not realize it's a bad idea to play with bright red burners on my stove.
