Photoshop Wizards please help!

I made a sign that I have to put up at work to keep people away from our Christmas tree display, but when I print it out it looks kinda crappy. There is a faint background distortion around the letters and pictures, and it prints kinda blurry. Can anyone help me clean it up a bit? I have my print set at highest quality so Im not sure what is wrong...
Maybe some suggestions on how I can make it look more professional

i would suggest increasing the resolution of your picture. possibly to 300 or higher. set your printer to print at 300dpi or higher also.

Suggestions:
change the black letters to a different color/style/look
move the smiley face/smile/you are on camera part down a bit
enlarge and arch the "Please Don't Touch" part

i don't know, but i think the shroomery automatically compresses them a little so some quality is lost. i'm not real sure though..

i'm not too good with smiley faces either, so that may be a little fucked up..
also, if the face is too light, let me know and maybe i can darken it a little so.
