Photoshop request

Anyone of you kind photoshop wizards want to do a very simple favor for me?

I want to take this image,



And invert the colors, like this




but keep the head/football brown.

I tried and failed miserably with paint, and I don't have photoshop.

Five shrooms and good karma are in it for you!  This is going to be my logo for my Shroomery Fantasy Football team, The Extraterrestrials.
