Burnt Popcorn wtf?
    #3424399 -

Hey all, I pressure cooked some popcorn tonight at 12psi for 45 min. Popcorn was yellow variety in pint wide mouth jars filled up about 3/4. To my horror, the jars have a good deal of scorched/cooked kernals. I had plenty of water, soaked the kernals 24 hrs, cooked 1 hr, drained for 30 min...sat in jars overnight. what gives?

Pussy kernals? Did you put a towel on the bottom to protect your jars or do u have a metal screen that came with it? Putting jars directly on the bottom burns the shit out of em...
