Want 2 grow gourmet!

Okay, because my friend wants to grow them beside the cubensis and other species I'd like some info about it.
Are comple spawned bags available, what strains should one grow, for giving 2 parents (tasting great, for in the soup etc.)!!

Ostreatus species are probably the easyest to grow utilizing straw and woodchips, also lions mane, paddy straw mushrooms, Stroph.rugosoanulata grows very well outdoors on woodchips....

You might also think about the prized medicinal Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi). Not known for it's taste, it works well in soups & teas. Keeps those pesky tumors 'n stuff at bay.

Some GL each day keeps the oncologist away!
