How much light is required?

I am planning on growing some Mazatec and Ecuador shrooms using the PF tek method and I was wondering how much light is required for them to get per day? I am not planning on using sunlight. What is the best light to use besides sunlight? Thanks for the help.

Don?t use direct sunlight.
A few hous a day will suffice.
If you can see the cakes, there is enouigh light.
You can use fluorescent lights.

Indirect sunlight will suffice. I think a certain type of light is probably more benneficial, but dont worry about that.

They are not like plants, they don't get energy from the light. Some light helps in promoting morphosis so if you have them locked in a dark closet, just open the door a couple hours a day.
