Anyone ever grow roses? I think I might give it a go next year... It's too expensive to buy em for chicks, when you can grow them yourself....

i have grown roses many a time. why for chicks? they taste decent in salads (the pedals) and make it smell wicked! usually used for my animals as tehy are quite nutritous. i prefer climbers for sheer quantity. long stems piss me off ...
