Vitamins?

Hay im just wanna know if there are any viteamins I should take before my trip to make it better. What and how much should i take for certan types of trips? Thanks!

I would recommend taking a multivitamin, but get a good one (not something like Centrum.) Buy something like Maxi Life by TwinLabs. The first time you take it I would go for 1 or 2 pills. I wouldn't take anymore because the B Vitamins give some people a stomach ache. Once you are used to taking them I would go up to 3 or 5. The hope with taking vitamins before a trip is that they are catalysts and can help increase the drug's effects. I personally believe this to be true, but everyone differs...

If you really want to get into supplements I would recommend taking N-Acetyl Cysteine (an amino acid). This really helps the liver in breaking down alcohol and the toxins of many drugs (such as shrooms, acid, E). I hope this helps...
