Vitamin B

Almost every recreational drug will deplete your body's vitamin B supplies. It's just not healthy. Taking vitamin B (vitamin B complex... covers all the different B vitamins... B 12 is especially important)supplements before tripping or partying or whatever is a good harm reduction technique... plus you feel better (B 6 can even improve a trip). It's especially important with nitrous oxide and alcohol. Regular users (cannabis anyone?) should take vitamin B regularly... just a tip from Dr. Weil.

And a good tip it be too mate.......Personally I take a time released 100mcg tablet of all the different B complex vitamins
