Okay I found a couple of these growing on a well kept lawn a couple of days ago. They were growing individually and were not very large, maybe 2 inch caps at best. They were found in Maryland. The spore print is Blackish-purple. What does everyone think these are? Any ideas? Thanks

your problem most likely is your pics are too large. the server wont accept anything over 100k

Hey Mitch please don't be stupid.... Shorty posted that website in hopes of us going to it and seeing the pic, NOT trying to post the photo by typing it. So actually he did swing with a hit.

Actually what happened was that I did try to make it an image then after I realized what I had done I edited it so just the URL was there. It was a stupid mistake on my part not mitchnast's. Sorry for any confusion.
