7 grams fresh enough?

A first time grower seeks to perform his first subjective bioassay but has only about 7 grams fresh cubensis.. Is this sufficient for a first dose or should he wait for more like 10 grams?

half pf mr and half pf hawaiian.. one of the mr has an open cap, one is a small fat body abort.. the two hawaiians were large and pre-veil break..

I doubt that would have any effect. 7 grams fresh isn't even a gram dry. WAIT until you have about 3.5 grams DRY!

that would be 7/10ths of a gram, dried. The absolute MINIMUM to take would be one dry gram. Wait until you have at least 10 grams fresh.

For the start I would advise you to take 15g fresh or 1.5 g dryed.

What everyone is telling you is.....Mushrooms are 90% water, so what ever your wet weight is it will equal 1/10 of that dry. Dosage reccomendations are based on dry weight. I reccomend min 1.5 grams dry but highly reccomeng at least 2.5 grams dry= 25 grams wet.

yes... but it seems many of you are forgetting that the psilocin breaks down dramatically during the drying process while psilocybin content drops just a little... so 10g wet is not equal to 1g dry in potency... I would say (mine at least) are more around 10g wet equals 1.2-1.5g dry...

That depends on how U dry 'em... Using dissicant conserve a lot of alkoids...
