Just found some nice young oysters, and I'm just trying to find a good recipe for oysters and pasta. Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction.

Im eating some fried up oysters right now.. with onions.
Dunno about pasta but maybe if you created a sauce and added the oysters to the sauce for flavor?

thanks for the info. I ended up just sauteeing them in butter, garlic, and some other spices. It was excellent. Pleasantly surprised.

pan fried with garlic, onions, and butter served over BBQ steak is Delicious!

Oyster mushrooms are awsome, but Pine Mushrooms are still by far the BEST eating mushrooms ever.
