i just came from the tool website and i saw were all four members plan on joining the chatrooms on the site and answering questions!

The TOOL Chat applet failed to connect to the server because it is either full or temporarily down. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note that these rooms fill up fast, and are often full when the band is on tour, because people like to come in and talk about their experiences at the show. (Longtime toolband visitors know this all too well.) If you are having problems getting in, it is most likely because the rooms are full. We monitor this chat server constantly and make sure it is running.
