damn heads and thinkings ans such

man i have gotten about 6 hours of sleep in the last few days and im fucking baged...i was ll tired and ready for bed at 11, then i said ill just clean the litter box and have a milk. what the fuck its like i just got caffiene injected into me heads. i tookl somthing for it but unfortunatly triipers dont help sleeping...any hints? if one is starting to tripe is tehre stuff to help sleep? wasnt thought thruogh well very.
