Anyone ever seen fruits that are dark indigo blue/black purple? What kind are these?

if these are p.c.'s in your terrarium then theyve been bruised badly or are rotting. if these are in the wild print the cap and make notes, and try to deliver a specimen to the myco society in your area. if youre looking for a good book try "psilocybin mushrooms of the world" by paul stamets.

Sometimes if you let the fruit go too long, the
spores can cover the stalks giving them a dark
purplish/black color (at least with cubies). Cut
open a stalk and see if the middle is black and
rotten. If the inside is nasty, toss the fruit.
