WAY to much Mycelium

I have way to much mycelium (as far as space to fruit it) I don't think there is a such thing as to much of a GOOD thing. but my birthing chamber is over filled, and I can't put it in a fridge how else can I store We live in a town home so no basement etc...

You can store it at room temperature for another let?s say 14 days.
Then you will need a second fruiting chamber...

Not an option on a second chamber the one I have take up all but my desk and computer table. How low does the temp have to be so that it will go dorment??
