ill take a stab

a conclulsion is our findal 'decision' after weighing various arguments and possibilities against each other. A conclusion is like, our functional understanding of an issue. It is not truth , per say, simply the closest we have currently come.

well you know its like 'did that can fall down because of the wind or because of a ghost... hmmm" you compare the two possibilities, eventually you find that the wind is more likely, so your conclusion is the can fell down because of the wind

hum.. there i would say either it was the wind, either it was the gost, or something else, i do not know, hence I do not think nor belive i do?
