Oh morphine...what a great band they were...its such a shame that Mark Sandman died.

morphine sucks. they have like two good songs and one of them, which was mentioned before, is so stupid and yells "look at me, i use drugs and have issues!" that it's only cool because i've heard it 300,000,000 times and have it burned into my brain.

the whole swing sound in the music is annoying and the guys voice is raspy, untrained, and lacks any vocal range...which is why morphine dried up and went nowhere, even before mr. junkie died.

Morphine is one of my favorite bands, and along Agent Orange, and a certain N- band, are my fave 3 piece ever.

Mark Sandman died on stage in Athens, GA. What a way to go.

Check out Treat Her Right, Marks first band.
