What exactly is the bale size. Is it one big brick or a bunch of bricks in one package?

from the link:

"when you add water, the brick expands to yeild 8 - 9 quarts of medium. When the bale is expanded according to directions it will yield 2 cubic feet of moist fluffy growing medium or additive."

if that helps you any....

also note that at half off, the bale is only $6.50 so buying a brick almost seems silly

To answer your question, a brick and a bale are two different things.

A brick measures 8" X 4" X 2"

A bale measures 11.5" X 11.5" X 5"

A bale is not a few bricks wrapped together. If you can see in the picture in my first post, the bale is sitting behind the brick.

If you need anything else, just ask!
