newbie question
    #319233 -

hi i have some questions ....................

first of all i would really like to know the scientific names of the shrooms i buy in smartshops in holland i've bought

mexican schrooms ( most commen)
*p cubensis?? altough they don't look like them

golden mexican (more potent than mexican shrooms)
*with a little more bleu on the strain

hawaiien shrooms (very potent)
*probably liberty caps

uuhm and one more question do I need light to grow my own shrooms and is it worth the effort (probably a dumb question here but for me they are very easy to get and relatively cheap) just thought it might be fun if it is not TO much trouble

well hope you can educate me a bit ............

Um, sounds like you saw Psilocybe Cubensis (aka Stropharia Cubensis), Psilocybe Mexicana, and Copelandia Cyanescens, or Hawaaian Copelandias - not Liberty Caps.

These active species require light to form pins. Growing mushrooms is fun.

Peace.
