Truly Unregistered?

Using the search function a few minutes ago, I came across a few unregistered users. Their names appear in black, but in the post username is Anonymous and Re: is blank. However, the username still shows up on the search.

It is usually because they are underaged or get banned or something.

I know why people unregister, but here's what bothers me about it:

Sure, you can no longer search their username for posts they made, but you can make a general search and tie the post to the now-unregistered user. For those that have unregged for security reasons, it still displays their username.

For example, if you got raided for growing pot and posted success pics here, unregistered when the heat came on, the post could still be tied to you.
