My Valarian root tabs are 250 mgs, should I take one or two... HMMMM???? Decisions...

I don't have much trouble sleeping unless I've been using cannabis or alcohol heavily and I've been taking it very easy on both for a month now so I'm not sure if I need to be dosing this stuff very high.

i have 3mg melatonin, and i take 4 of those. (12mg) the 1mg are like the light weight ones, you could probably take about 6 and be good.

however, you do have the beefy valerian. mine are 100mg, and i take about 4-5 of those, so yea, take 2 of those for sure, 1 will be some nice light sleep, but 2 will help with the deep good sleep..

and make sure you take those early if you have to wake up early tomorrow, waking up is not somethin you'll want to do the first few times on valerian, the sleep is just too good.... although, sometimes you will just wake right up instantly, it's wierd like that. if you could squeeze a 12 hours of sleep in, you'll be set.

I'm taking it now, I have to be up in 9 hours so I dosed lighter than you recommend. I don't want to have trouble getting up.

I took 2 melatonins and one valerian, I was yawning before I took them so we'll see if I can even tell.

I like to start out lightly when experimenting in this way, I'll probably try something heavier a little later in the week.

I always have Milk Thistle around with my drinking habits so I'll make sure to take that in the morning.

I really hope this keeps me out, I am trying hard to abstain from tobacco and am starting to have a nic fit right now.

Oh yeah I know Melatonin works on me in light doses so I'm not worried about that.

yea, valerian can knock you out cold sometimes,  like your eye lids will start to hurt if you dont close them.  :lol:
