So does ths hurricane mark the end of shrooms for a while?

Damnit, I was all excited to be moving to this big cattle ranch out in central Florida. But there is going to be some heavy flooding from this asshole named Frances and I am worried if it means no shrooms for a while. Being that we are nearing the end of the season anyway, it might be a long while.
If there isnt going to be anymore shrooms because of the flooding, I dont know if I will still take the job on the ranch.

by the looks of how slow this hurricane is moving the ground is going to get supersaturated and will likely kill off a mycelial network.
i would imagine so but i could be wrong.

Far as i know that much rain = the end for our mushroom friends. We'll see. Mushrooms stopped growing around my parts 2 weeks ago not sure whats going on :frown: other mushrooms grow, no actives.. its wierd. >>>North West FLA<<<
