It isn't a death cap or a destroying angel.

The shaggy cap signifies that. I have never seen a destroying angel with a shaggy cap (although it could possibly happen from rapid humidity changes).

First, if you suspect that they may be Amanitas then you need to make sure you dig into the ground to get the entire base of the stem. That part of the mushroom is very important for identifying Amanitas accurately.

As MAGnum stated, those don't look like Amanitas.

Have you gotten a spore print yet? It will probably be white, but it should be verified. Assuming a white spore print, those look like they will be Lepiotas of some sort.

It also has a white spore print. when I pulled them from the ground, that was as far to the bottom as it went, the rest of it was fuzzy. and rock solid in the ground. But when I went out to inspect the site, I found 2 more today that I hadnt noticed yesterday. here are some pictures for you:
