the dea is a bunch of slackasses-microgram

why wont you dea guys put up your microgram bulletins at a consistent time. sometimes you have them up before the month comes, sometimes its halfway through the month.
its horribly disapointing when i go to look and its not there and i have to turn to drugs to curb my depression.
