outdoor climate

i am about to start my fruiting on my first ever attempt at growing mushrooms and i was wondering for when i put my cakes outdoors if they will survive the approaching winter that usually drops to the 10's and under i have the p. cubensis thailand kamui super strain if that makes any difference in the answer, thanks for any help!

Heavily mulched they may survive. I've used bails on OD beds without success but I'm also zone 4/3 :wink:
