Sleep schedule messed up

My usual schedule is to fall asleep around 4:30-5:30am, and wake up at 2:30-3:30pm.

With school starting in almost a week, what is the best way to get my sleep schedule back on track.

It needs to be a go to sleep at 12:30pm and wake up at 8:00am...

How could I use Melatonin to help me out?

what you need to do is put your alarm clock on 8:00 am. that way you'll be tired in the evening and it will be easier to sleep at 12:30. within a week you have your 'school sleep schedule' back :thumbup:

What i generally do is, say i go back on the monday, the saturday night i dont sleep, or if i do i sleep i sleep very little (under 3 hours) this way, come sunday night i am dead tired and normally go to bed at around 7:30pm. Monday morning im tired but monday night my body begins to deterriorate around 11:00pm and im usually completely normal within a few days.

1. Warm milk (preferably warm breast milk, I wish I could induce my gf into lactating so I can have some too). Drink lots of it. It'll put you right to sleep. It contains tryptophan which aids in sleep.

2. Speaking of melatonin (and milk), there's this new milk that hit supermarket shelves that contains melatonin. It's called Night Time Milk. http://www.somethingjewish.co.uk/articles/816_milk_helps_sleep.htm

3. Take a night cap. (Vodka and milk?)

melatonin should help you out. Just follow the instructions on the bottle. It helped me out. I was going through a time, when I would be tired, but when I would go to bed, I would just lay there, and not be able to fall asleep. My mind would just be running.

Melatonin a few hours before I wanted to go to sleep, and all was good.

just go to sleep at 3 tonight, then 2 the next, then cut and cut till you are at 1230
