Cakes have been in a pmp for about 4 days now. seeing small solid white patches that are the size and shape of m&m mini's. Round rising maybe 1 centimeter or less off the cake. Been doin this for a couple days now. Are these good or bad. they are white and when i look close they are comprised many many little tiny white strands.
Also the tops of the cakes are turning slightly yellow, is this bad?
PLease help.

Cakes turning yellow does not sound good.Mcy starts freaking out just before pinning,I use to worry it was cotton mold.Just be cool and watch it for a few days. Most likely your OK.

A pic sure would help.

Good Luck
