Around 70. Mostly when I was younger between the ages of 17-23 on both acid and mushrooms. I'm 30 now and I haven't noticed any long term side effects. I sometimes wonder if they're responsible for my hazy memory though. But I do believe they have permanently altered my perceptions and way of thinking, even this far down the line.
