I would glady assist in any sort of harm reduction it could benefit the shroomery with. Ive been in connection with way to many 'problems' including health, body and mind, drug abuse, etc with close personaly friends so its a major part of my life agenda.

and if someone (anno) really thinks im full of shit on that, by al means, ask the shroomerites I hang with.

Its just so little 'cost' to the shroomery for such much possible gain to not consider thoughtfully etc.

This would fairly well cover all the things you mentioned, with the possible exception of meditation (which we have s&p for, neways)

I can understand how one would wish to keep the forums on topic, but the idea of a physical fitness related forum, especially populated by our fine denizens, would be a good addition. Lord knows that all us "druggies" could use some exercise, and having a forum here to address that would be a good step.

And besides, how many of us do you think are the hyper-steroidal bench-pressing types? That's one of the things that makes finding a good fitness forum so difficult....

perhaps we can trade one off for a new forum? there used to be a day where your recommendation of posting every non-mushroom question or topic in otd or the pub was a good idea.

exactly pap...the forum would encompass all aspects of fitness and health... cardio, yoga, weights, martial arts,playing frisbee or anything else dealing with physical activity.

its a damn good idea.

if a theres a culinary tomato forum,
and other *secret* forums that have been granted
without the approve of consensus ,
than why shouldnt there be a forum dedicated to the physical body?
