Blue meanie fruiting conditions.

This is my first time growing mushrooms. I'm using a all-in-one grow bag for this time, but I plan to use a mono tub for the next grow.
These are blue meanies and I just put them into fruiting conditions 5 days ago. Since then not a whole lot has happened. I'm still waiting. There has been some temperature fluctuations which I think could be slowing the grow.
I just want to make sure everything's looking okay. I noticed in the first image there's these more distinct white clusters and I want to make sure they're not contamination. And if anyone has any tips for me that would be appreciated.

You can open the bag all the way, nothing will happen that's not going to happen anyway. From your pics looks good. It can take 10, 15, 20+ days from full colonization to pinning. Patience is the key requirement in this endeavor.

Is this the cubensis Blue Meanie or panaeolus?

Looks more like panaeolus to me but could be wrong.
