Colonialization stalled. Need advice. First timer growing on a AIO bag

Hey everyone,

I inoculated Golden Teacher strain using LC on to a AIO bag about 2 months back. Did break and shake after 3 weeks. Post that the bag got to the stage as in the pictures in about 2 weeks, after that there is no improvement in the last 3 weeks. 

I can see water droplets on the walls of the AIO bag and on the top of the substrate. There are also yellowish spots on the bottom where it is fully colonized.

I read online that there could be too much CO2 build up which is causing the colonization to stall. So they suggested to push the air out of the AIO bag for 5 days and see if that helps, but that didnt help either.

I'm confused and dont know what to do next

1. Is the bag infected?
2. Should I do a break and shake again?
3. I have also had many people suggesting me to start fruiting. Should I do that?

IMHO if it got stalled you can try introducing more oxygen and therefore start fruiting it. It looks like all the grain are colonised.

Great, Thanks. I'll start introducing FAE by cutting slits on top of the bag.
