Okay, it actually happened a few days ago, but I wanted to ask before postin' about it because it ain't my work, ya know? But yeah, as of October 1st, 2026 anno-got-dang-domini, my wife's a legit, no bullshit published author!

The Evergleam Forest by Ella Weaver! A cozy, fairly low-stakes (but not sexless, and I mean that in the literal sense) fantasy romance featuring such things as a cool bird friend, a sentient berry bush companion, and two folks saving a magical forest that's losing its colour and, in the process, also themselves from their own personal grief and trauma.

It's got a paperback, it's got an e-book, and it's even on Kindle Unlimited! It's good shit and I highly recommend it. Am I incredibly biased? Sure, but I also read the whole thing more'n a few times. Seriously, though, if you want somethin' that's more laid back, but not totally toothless, give 'er a look.
