A Halal or Kosher mark should be just about entirely unoffensive, especially on mostly unslaughtered goods like cheese.

Do people expect cows being milked with invocation of Allah?
If so - what is wrong with that exactly?

Rennet from Halal slaughter.. are they supposed to throw that away?

Its not even made with slaughtered rennet, its halal because the rennet comes from fermentation factory made, its also vegetarian and kosher

The halal sticker just guarantees the rennet didn't come from a non-halal animal

I didn't even think of rennet from slaughtered halal animals, this kinda implies there's other cheeses out there using halal rennet that's not marked as such, and no one cares about that lol

That's what I assumed...almost every cheese you will ever see in a supermarket is made the same way, so they aren't even actually upset about the manufacturing method at all. They just want to sow division and hate.

To the best of my knowledge, pork rennet isn't even used to make cheese. Animal rennet is typically extracted from the same animal that the milk is harvested from. There's no such thing as "pork cheese" nobody drinks "pig milk"... fucking grosssss man..

Beyond that, Halal is basically the same thing as Kosher, and if anything, it generally means the food meets a higher standard than other foods.
