What a beautiful shot!
Can you share the name of the mushroom so I can make a last minute POTM nomination?

NO WAY!!! I thought it looked like it was glowing!!! Seriously this is one of my favourite shots I’ve seen in a long time! Amazing 😍

Easiest nomination this year!

Nice pawpaws! Do you make anything with them or eat them as-is?

I've made pawpaw bread a few times, just substituting it into a banana bread recipe.  It was tasty but my girlfriend experienced bad GI upset from it... I guess some folks have a sensitivity to them when they're cooked.

Thanks!

I just eat them as is,  but I'd love to try them as banana bread substitute  :yesnod:

I will say this,  they really have to be eaten in the field,  because once they are brought home,  they go bad fast!

I just ate one a few minutes ago and it was quite awful!

I didn't know that some people are sensitive to them once cooked. I wonder why that is?

If you consider the source, it's kinda pitiful
