Thanks!  It's a Cortinarius violaceus, shot with a 365nm UV flashlight

NO WAY!!! I thought it looked like it was glowing!!! Seriously this is one of my favourite shots I’ve seen in a long time! Amazing 😍

I just eat them as is,  but I'd love to try them as banana bread substitute  :yesnod:

I will say this,  they really have to be eaten in the field,  because once they are brought home,  they go bad fast!

I just ate one a few minutes ago and it was quite awful!

I didn't know that some people are sensitive to them once cooked. I wonder why that is?
