If you stand straight against a corner or a pole with your back against it and then you turn around to your right and left side and then grab behind you on that wall or whatever and kind of gently tug. It can  pop it help relieve a lot of pressure on your back.
Which may help you if you have back pain.

I took some aspirin I can finally get out of bed but can't lean over.  I can sit down now too. It's unlike any pain I've felt before.

Yeah, i guess I can't sit down i just tried to use the bathroom sitting on the toilet is excruciatingly painful.

When I had back pain the chiropractor I saw said to use ice packs not hot showers, they sold me two packs that could work as hot or cold, you can put it in the freezer as a ice pack or a room temp one in the microwave for a hot pack

I couldn't get out of bed for the first two hours. 😢  It was pretty unexpected.

Sounds pretty bad. I use ice on mine a lot but mine doesn't hurt as bad as yours

Y'all
For the rest of 2026 I am seeing the following:

-Dom Dolla (possibly twice)
-Kylie Minogue (I fucking love her, she's playing at the granny)
-The Aussie rules grand final (I've only been waiting 31 years to go)
-Foo fighters with my best friend and his mum
-Tame Impala (fuck me dead I can't wait, the most excited for on the list)
-probably will be doing my workshop at the best festival I have been to.
-a  big wine festival that's basically free all you can drink on my birthday
- and will try to get along to the Ministry of Sound orchestra show.
- I might even go see Hoodoo Gurus with my mum if a ticket comes up.

Last week I saw one of my fave artists Grinspoon.

Last year I saw ACDC with Amyl and the Sniffers, Green Day, Ministry of Sound, King Gizz twice.

I do get to see a lot of good shit here in Melbourne
