OPT:

Signed up to volunteer at festivals doing the drug info tent/drug sensory space (it's called DanceWize for anyone interested, runs in NSW and Vic, Australia).

Should be fun! Definitely been on the receiving end of some nice help at festivals when I've overdosed my mushrooms lol. Will be good to pay it back.

Plus I'm pretty good at being sensible minded when I'm the sober one. It's basically trip sitting haha.

(And, gets you a free ticket into a festival which is tops).. tbh I'll probably end up doing the mushroom talks and the vollie

Also gonna be a sweet way to make some friends in the rave space. I had some friends in that space last year when I was in a different circle but no longer friends. I'm in an age group where it's a little difficult at times to find people who wanna party because they either have "retired from it" or are already part of a group. I just want some people to hang out with and party with. Although I'm not really into making really deep friendships necessarily so it will be good to make friends in this space.

Also signed my ass up to salary sacrifice so now I'm gonna have $200 a fortnight pretax to spend on food and food alone and fuck me, I fucking LOVE food.

No although I've done that at other times it's fun!
We did something cool in a yoga slow flow class it was 5 mins of wiggling and jumping around. Felt similar to the endorphins run you get from dancing.

Good stuff. My legs are cooked lol I danced too much yesterday. I went to yoga today and it was fun but I tapped out a bunch of poses haha. I love my yoga teachers they don't care if you just sit and stare at the wall lol

OPT: I logged some serious quality time with our Doberman last night. I've been preoccupied with the new dog so it was really nice to chill with the dobie and I could tell he appreciated it.
