Re: Lost and Found [Re: Blue Cthulhu]

I checked and not sure I believe AI but it said no deja vus or groundhog days in the original series, but there were time travel ones.

I wrote this last night just writing.

Sort of recently I ran across a quote I believe of Ram if recalling accurately, which the quote addresses right now :yesnod:, being tired, so it's blurry, but it was about losing memory which makes for loss of intellect, and when intellect is lost, the life is pretty well too.

But what kind of intellect? His tenor was about power related to tapas I took, fire of being and existence.

I came across a Biblical quote that I thought was the best I've seen around the work of remembrance, sadhana, however one does. "The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few.... send forth the labourers."

Christ in ACIM said that He is in charge of time. Also is said that which remembers is beyond time, implying oneness. Therefore conjecture, we control time, I suppose, we stop it in taking the reins. Suspension of breath, suspension of mind. Creation does not stop, but it's still. What does the stillness bring?

The light is clear and unseen. It clears. It's form is what, inspiration. I'm digging this no body while in the body today, extending that dream. Just momentarily, very cool. Here manifest, we are the invisible, seeing all.

When is said a principle is true, it's not just an acknowledgement, but a manifesting influence.

'This is That present to the senses.' It's verse, an acknowledgement, honoring, and manifestation.

Number 15!

Quote:
Each day should be devoted to miracles. ²The purpose of time is to enable you to learn how to use time constructively. ³It is thus a teaching device and a means to an end. ⁴Time will cease when it is no longer useful in facilitating learning.

Certainly a paradox. Or a kind of self-cannibalization - time is to be used constructively so as to eliminate time.

Maybe like a Zen practice, to use any and all distractions as reminders to focus.

But if time is under the control of Christ, then no worries, just let it all unfold

Another teacher said, we only have a moment in the body, don't worry, don't fear.

In my current state it's a little bit scary. That Lila where Indra was incarnated as a sow with piglet children. Or another version he was male. The gods were trying to wake him to remember his exalted state, but as the pig he prefered to stay in the mud with his family.

They weren't effing around, reminding him with a fatal blow to the pig. He must have been needed for something.

Indulging in the moment, the comfy gravitational squeeze with a side of dukkha.

We don't have to give up our dukkha if we don't want to. :crazy2:

Seek, and do not find.

Really the function switches it most times, good function.

Oh, happy eclipse. The sanatan dharma people avoid them, yet take advantage of practice during, as I shoulda woulda, tired. It'll come back, busy. Even so I probably wouldn't do practices during the eclipse if it wasn't during regular schedule which is most important and challenging to establish, where decent progress was made before.
But practices during eclipse can potentiate, and waking dream.

When tired it is good to let the astral body do all the work

:yesnod: I's considering, the sky mimics the visionary space, the quality in the former I think due to sound therefore, sound.

Depending on sound, it all can be made to completely disappear instantly therefore, creation is sound.

I forget the usefulness of the ears. Eyes captivate perhaps too much, solidify and separate. Physical phenomena mimic the light play.

If all this is spiritual intelligence alone, we are in some medium low astral space with a twist, the trick of density. Now I remember, incidental and without cause, like the crow alighting on the branch and a coconut falling.

The head is like a coconut fruit.😄 That's from the Chidakash Gita. It cracked spinvis up iirc.

A powerful storm of bliss sometimes they bring your way. It's sound.

As said, there's nothing we need to do, except perhaps listen. There is the no practice practice.

The Chidakash Gita, Kashmir Shaivism is about the air, ajapa japa, breath awareness, mantra with it a natural flow.

It's interesting you talk about sound and listening... as I practice listening into the field of being all about me, I realize I am also "feeling" into it.

Can we sniff it? Does it have a smell? They say the root chakra is associated with smell. The nose knows...

Maybe spinvis is in the Cosmic Lost and Found? not sure

I'm thinking a lot about Ganesh today. Do elephants sniff with their trunk? I think so!  I could use the root support

I've learned mostly about Ganesh as remover of obstacles, and holds Om throughout the body. Interesting sandalwood is associated with the root and Ganesh, my favorite incense.

Shri Ganeshaya Namaha is often first, second nature.

Quote:

Effective.
I'm browsing quotes, this post by RJ Tubs.

I was thinking again of the quote by Valmiki summarizing the Vasistha, in the dynamic of working the quote above to distinguish and let go (of the familiar hell), which is, might as well ignore the world as an optical illusion.

But just to see that it is a choice we are making is sufficient. The connection is, we don't make our world. If we let it, it is created infinitely better than we would defend.

Quote:
"The corn was orient and immortal wheat, which never should be reaped, nor was ever sown. I thought it had stood from everlasting to everlasting. The dust and the stones of the street were as precious as gold; the gates were at first the end of the world. The green trees when I saw them first through one of the gates, transported and ravished me, their sweetness and unusual beauty made my heart to leap, and almost mad with ecstasy, they were such strange and wonderful things.
The men! O what venerable and reverend creatures did the aged seem! Immortal Cherubim! And the young men glittering and sparkling angels, and maids, strange seraphic pieces of life and beauty. Boys and girls tumbling in the street and playing were moving jewels...
I know not that they were born or should die. But all things abided eternally as they were in their proper places. Eternity was manifest in the Light of the Day, and something infinite behind everything appeared."
Thomas Traherne- Centuries of Meditation.
