How much LC is enough?

Hi everyone. I ordered four LC syringes from sporeworks, they all seem to have 1-3ccs of LC. Well I inoculated a bag with one and I only really saw a few threads make it in. This one happened to APPEAR to have less. The one syringe did not seem to have much at all,mostly clear. With the remaining amount I do have I only see a few small whispy threads. I did shake the hell out of it and maybe it just appeared thinner? My question is, would just a few visible threads of myc LC be enough? Or should I just re inoculate now? Can LC be microscopic or not visible? I’m not sure if the 3ccs of almost clear LC is enough to start colonizing. But I for sure saw a couple threads go in. I saw one thread where someone did have success with a nearly clear LC. How much lc does it take?
